Rapport Building

Here, the focus is on building a deep emotional connection with the prospect. Techniques like mirroring and matching language patterns, tone, and pace are used.

Looping and Objection Handling

When a prospect raises an objection, it's treated as a request for more information. The system teaches techniques to 'loop' back to previous points in the conversation, provide the required information, and then continue moving towards the close.

Closing
