Today, I had an unforgettable experience with a consulting firm's director. Despite my efforts to showcase a demo of the chatbot on the clone of their website, he dismissed my sales skills, claiming rampant fraud in the AI industry. (Because, as we all know, no one is a better salesperson than a sales trainer.) I told him I didn't believe anyone would try to scam him with AI chatbot technology and asked if he could name a company, which, of course, he didn't and quickly changed the subject.

It's perfectly okay when two people aren't on the same wavelength. I suggested they consider adding a chatbot from another vendor to their website to provide 24/7 customer support and a sales assistant. This could significantly enhance their customer engagement and streamline sales processes.

His rage peaked at our "OUR CLIENTS CONNECTED WITH COMPANIES LIKE" section. Ironically, this highlights a critical point: clients should be wary of firms, including industry leaders, that offer chatbots but fail to use them on their own websites. This disconnect often indicates a lack of confidence in their own solutions.
